Edible Creations makes jams, jellies and brittle the old fashioned way! One batch at a time. Our ingredients for our jams are fruit, pectin and sugar. Our jellies contain 100% fruit juice, pectin and sugar.
Edible Creations’ founder grew up in the central coast area of California. Her family had a small farm raising fresh fruits and vegetables. Being a young child, making homemade jams was a tradition using the fresh fruits and oftentimes would be given as gifts. The receivers usually would comment that these items needed to be sold! Edible Creations continues to get fresh fruit from the local farmers of San Luis Obispo county.
